We want you to be fully satisfied with your Falcon purchase. If you’re not completely happy, we offer returns under the conditions outlined below.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos or video evidence.
  • We will offer a free replacement, repair, or full refund after review.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • If the return is due to a product defect or our error, Falcon will cover return shipping.
  • If the return is for other reasons (e.g. buyer’s remorse), the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
