๐ Returns & Refunds
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Falcon purchase. If you’re not completely happy, we offer returns under the conditions outlined below.
๐ฆ Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
โ ๏ธ Customized or specially modified items are non-refundable.
๐ Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos or video evidence.
- We will offer a free replacement, repair, or full refund after review.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
๐ Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a product defect or our error, Falcon will cover return shipping.
- If the return is for other reasons (e.g. buyer’s remorse), the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
